Minehead is a fantastic seaside destination, with plenty to do for all the family. As well as the beach with its views across the Bristol channel, there are bars, shops and traditional seaside amusements.
Minehead is also the terminus of the West Somerset Railway and passengers may choose to leave the train at any of the WSR’s stations, which serve picturesque villages such as Watchet, with its old harbour.

My parents traveled on the steam train yesterday to Canterbury. Steam Dreams made my father's 60th birthday a once in a lifetime memory. The service was brilliant, actually beyond brilliant, the train was amazing and his cake was lovely. The hospitality surpassed expectations; food and drink was very much enjoyed.
