Christ Church Cathedral is the only Cathedral to be set within a University College. Its mellow stone buildings are famous as the setting for the Chariots of Fire race. The 12th Century Cathedral, the boys choir and the warm welcome we receive makes a lovely start to any festive season.
After the Carol Service there is plenty of time to visit Oxford's bustling centre just a few yards from the Cathedral where there are shops of every description.
We are scheduled to depart from London Victoria around 0945hrs and picking up at East Croydon (1015hrs), Redhill (1045hrs) and Guildford (1120hrs) where we then head via Reading and Didcot to arrive into Oxford around 1315hrs. Our return journey leaves Oxford around 1730hrs and heading back via our outward route to call at Guildford (1930hrs), Redhill (2015hrs), East Croydon (2045hrs) and back into London Victoria at approximately 2115hrs.
