The Tudor Market Cross stands at the centre of the city’s four main Georgian shopping streets which also offer many pubs, restaurants and tea rooms. Alternatively, you can enjoy the one and a half mile walk around the medieval city walls.

Just a short note to thank you for a great day out on "The Norfolkman" from London Liverpool Street to Norwich and back on 9th September 2008. - A great day out and a great train. - I am no "Steam Buff" but it seems to me that "Oliver Cromwell" 70013 is quite an engine! Most of all a big thank you to your staff who looked after me and my 83 year-old father in carriage B (seats 7 R & F) - your kindness and attentiveness could not have been better and made the day for us. For anyone looking for a day out I thoroughly recommend you and your "Premier Dining" Service in particular.Best Regards,NS
